Have a Question About EPN that We Haven’t Answered?

• How many employees can I enroll in the EPN program?
  As a public entity, there is no limit on the number of employees you may enroll.
  

• Does the EPN program give me the ability to categorize different departments within my organization?
  Yes, using A-Check America’s Drivers Direct, you can create sub-accounts for your organization, and these sub-accounts can be used to separate drivers by department.
  

• Where are the pulls delivered?
  The pulls are sent to your organization’s administrator(s) via e-mail.

• How will I know who opened a pull?
  The Drivers Direct program will record a time and date stamp on the first individual to open the pull.

• Who is providing the electronic EPN program, TargetSafety or
  A-Check America?
  TargetSafety has partnered with A-Check America to provide automated EPN services to our clients.  A-Check America is approved by the California Department of Motor Vehicles to deliver EPN services.  The documentation you provide as part of this program will not be seen by TargetSafety or anyone else outside of A-Check America, the pulling agency, and the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
  

• How will this affect my current pull program?
  If you are currently using an agency to provide the pulls electronically, you will first establish your A-Check America account and simply complete the DMV forms that authorize the switch from your current agency to A-Check America.
  
  If you are currently receiving the pulls via the United States Postal Service, you will first establish your A-Check account and then complete the DMV forms that switch your pulls from regular mail to the electronic method via A-Check America.
