Risk Management

What risks can the Risk Analyzer™ assist me to manage?

The Risk Analyzer™ has had most success in managing personnel risks, process risks and property risks; however, it is possible to utilize the tools to manage other risks as well. We invite you to discuss your specific situation with our experts.

What specifically will the Risk Analyzer™ do for me?

After identifying all the categories and sub categories of risk confronting your organization, the Risk Analyzer™ tracks compliance with polices, procedures, internal controls, and regulations in real time.

We have polices and procedures today. Why do we need the Risk Analyzer™?

Most organizations understand specific risks and have developed polices and procedures to mitigate those risks. Losses and catastrophes result when polices and procedures are not followed, typically due to lack or attention or a change in personnel. The Risk Analyzer™ monitors compliance with polices and procedures using a sustainable application with enterprise wide accountability.

What if I don't have a good understanding of my risk categories?

TargetSafety offers a process that will assist you to identify your risks areas, define those risk areas into sub categories, develop metrics for measuring each risk, and design the specific analytical model to measure compliance.

How can automating the collection of incident claims help me?

Employee / Supervisor input of claims data using our platform results in more accurate claims reporting (data editing of required information) and it offers you the opportunity to analyze the claims data real time. This analysis will assist your organization in identifying trends and common conditions resulting in incidents and losses. Armed with this knowledge, your organization can prevent future reoccurrences of these types of incidents.

Can key managers be notified when an incident is reported?

Yes, an email can be sent to any key manager indicating that an incident occurred and, if authorized, the data can be made available to the manager after accessing the Safety Management System™.

How does this data get to the TPA or insurance company for claims processing?

After capturing the claims information and retaining selected data, TargetSafety will provide the information to the Third Party Administrator or insurance company electronically, in paper form, or as a fax.

Is online incident investigation tied into the incident reporting system?

Yes, either manually or automatically the appropriate supervisor or manager can be assigned the task of completing an online incident investigation form. Like the incident reporting form, this information is retained in TargetSafety's database, available for authorized manager review, and transferred to the TPA or insurance company if necessary.

What types of compliance activities can TargetSafety track on its system?

Any definable compliance activity can be tracked using our Safety Management System™. If the activity is not completed on time, it is marked with a "red flag" as deficient for managers and supervisors. Online compliance is fast and easy with TargetSafety.

How does the Safety Management System™ recognize when a compliance task is completed?

Each task is assigned electronically to a specific employee. When the task is completed, the employee uses online tools to notify the company that the task is completed. Any requested information associated with the task is collected at the same time. TargetSafety offers comprehensive tools to report on all delinquent and completed tasks, as well as the related information requested by the company.

Are these risk management tools customizable to my company?

Yes, many of the processes are flexible and all definable fields are customized to meet your organization's needs.
