One of the most beneficial features of TargetSafety's online training program is the administrator tools that allow for the management and tracking of all training and compliance activities.
Assign, Track and monitor all training - Administrators have the full ability to assign training as well as track assigned, completed and delinquent courses.
E-mail alerts - Administrators have the option to set up e-mail notifications, giving them the option to send employees automatic e-mail reminders when they have training that has been assigned and training that is delinquent.
Set training schedules - Administrators have the capability to assign courses in advance giving them the capability to create a training program for the entire year. Administrators can also create customized training programs for different employee groups, be it department, jobsite, shift etc.
Re-Cert Tracker - The re-certification tracker can easily track the continuing education recertification courses that have been taken with TargetSafety.  This tool puts the responsibility back on the individual to track and manage their continuing education hours. This feature is available in limited states.
Track outside training "Other Tasks" - System is fully capable of assigning and tracking all other tasks and training activities that can not be completed online. Easily monitor and track all training for each employee not just training completed on the TargetSafety system.
