FASNY Partners with TargetSafety to Launch Groundbreaking PESH/OSHA Training Online

FASNY and TargetSafety have developed the FASNY Firefighter Safety Annual Refresher, a customized, eight-hour, web-based training program designed to comply with the annual, non-practical OSHA/PESH safety requirements for volunteer firefighters in New York.

The eight-hour OSHA/PESH training course is delivered in four parts, each part lasting approximately two hours. The course components include, but are not limited to:

**This TargetSafety Program is a $75 value. FASNY will be underwriting the difference in cost for any member or future member who takes advantage.

* This course does NOT include the Equipment Inspection or SCBA familiarization/Inspection (approximately two hours), which by their nature are hands-on components. In order to ensure compliance with the full OSHA/PESH refresher, the equipment inspection and SCBA components will need to be provided and completed by your fire department training officer and/or Chief and signed off by him or her.
