Offered exclusively through TargetSafety, the Blue Card Command Certification Program is a cost-effective training and certification solution that teaches Incident Commanders and other officers how to standardize local incident operations across their organizations.   It is based on retired Phoenix Fire Chief Alan Brunacini’s Fire Command book and is designed to manage NIMS Type 4 and 5 incidents—which account for more than 99 percent of a department’s incident activity.
