New Jersey EMS
TargetSafety courses are approved for continuing education credit for EMT Basics in New Jersey. The state of New Jersey requires that online courses be accredited by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS). Approval information is provided as a general guideline. Because the requirements
for acceptance of continuing education are subject to change, TargetSafety advises
that EMS providers follow up with the appropriate state agency for verification of
accepted courses. Please note that courses not accepted for continuing education
credits by a student’s state agency are not the responsibility of TargetSafety.
