Rhode Island EMS
TargetSafety courses can be taken by paramedics for continuing education credit in Rhode Island based on NREMT requirements. TargetSafety is approved to provide refresher training to EMTs and EMT-Cardiacs as of January 1, 2010. Please contact us for more information.
Approval information is provided as a general guideline. Because the requirements
for acceptance of continuing education are subject to change, TargetSafety advises
that EMS providers follow up with the appropriate state agency for verification of
accepted courses. Please note that courses not accepted for continuing education
credits by a student’s state agency are not the responsibility of TargetSafety.
