NFPA Safety Training Partner

Since it's inception in 1999, TargetSafety has delivered hundreds of thousands of web-based safety training courses. At the completion of each course, employees have the opportunity to evaluate TargetSafety's content as well as our web-based training platform. In September 2004, TargetSafety analyzed the last 140,000 employee evaluations to determine how our clients' employees rated our web-based safety training program. We believe that high employee satisfaction results from four elements:

  • The breadth and utility of the safety training content,
  • The relevance of the content to the employee's job and to improving safety within the work environment,
  • The engaging nature of the course content to maintain the employee's interest throughout the training session, and
  • The quality of the training delivery via the Internet, i.e., fast downloads, easy to use navigation tools, high level of compatibility, logical content flow, etc.

The information and statistics presented below confirm the acceptance of web-based safety training and reaffirm that Internet delivery of safety training is here to stay. As delighted as we are with this report card, we continue to learn more about the needs of our customers and their employees. Consequently, TargetSafety will continue to innovate as we strive to meet the challenging requirements of our customers and their employees.
