What is PreventionLink™?
PreventionLink represents the culmination of 24 months of development effort - listening to you, our clients, and replacing our Safety Management System with the new PreventionLink platform. We call it “TargetSafety’s Extreme Makeover!” Our goal is to provide you with easier site navigation, greater visibility concerning how your TargetSafety program is used by your employees, exciting new tools, and an expandable platform to deliver new applications and increased value to you for years to come!
What does PreventionLink do for me?
PreventionLink provides a range of innovative new applications, an improved look and feel to existing applications, and is easier to use than the former Safety Management System. More importantly, this new platform enables TargetSafety to rapidly deliver new solutions and program improvements in the future.
Is there any cost to upgrade to PreventionLink?
Absolutely not! All clients will be upgraded at no cost to the PreventionLink platform.
Does my organization have to upgrade to PreventionLink?
We are confident that you will agree that PreventionLink represents a substantial improvement from the current Safety Management System™! All clients will be upgraded to the new PreventionLink platform by the end of 2007.
What happens to my organization’s existing information?
All of your training/task records, resources, policies, and user information will be transferred to the new system when you upgrade.
How will I know how to use PreventionLink?
PreventionLink is built with a new easy-to-use navigational system. As an administrator, you will still have the same capabilities you are used to but with an enhanced look and feel. TargetSafety has integrated an extensive help system into PreventionLink to guide you through the new platform. Just click on ‘Help’ on any page within PreventionLink to receive specific information on that topic. You can always contact TargetSafety Support with any questions.
How does this affect my personnel?
This will be totally transparent to everyone except you! There is no change to users that are not administrators. You will not have to retrain them on PreventionLink™; for them it’s simply a name change.
Is TargetSafety now owned by another company?
No. Thanks to you and all of our other loyal clients, TargetSafety is the leading provider of online risk management and loss prevention services to public sector organizations in the United States and Canada. Today we provide services to well over 2,000 public entities and the number is growing rapidly! We are simply reinvesting our profits into new applications and services to bring more value to you!
What is the new Custom Activities Builder?
Only one of the most innovative online tools available to managers today! We’re not kidding! The cost of being out of compliance is so great today, that many of you have asked for easy and robust tools to ensure that things get done, and then get documented. You spoke – we listened!
